FMPSD Bus Registration Form - 2026/27

Use this form to register your child for PUBLIC Yellow Bus transportation (if eligible). The application must be submitted by end of day Friday, August 21st for service on the first day of school (Monday, August 31st).

Applications received between Monday, August 24th and Friday, August 28th will be processed for service to start Tuesday, September 8th.  Beginning September 1st, applications received by noon each Friday will be targeted for service to start the following Tuesday afternoon. Please note that if Monday happens to be a holiday, any potential changes will take place on Wednesday instead. 

Payment must be received before an application will be processed. Your child will not be added to a bus route until payment is confirmed by your School or our Finance Department. Friday at noon is the latest a payment can be processed for a student to be added to a passenger list for the following Tuesday.  

Before you start the application process, make sure you review the Transportation Section on the School Division Webpage to confirm that Yellow Bus Transportation is available for your child. 

After submitting your application with your HOME ADDRESS, you will receive an automated email confirming that it was received.  Please look in your spam folder if you do not see the confirmation email. If you require busing from an ALTERNATE ADDRESS, please fill out the FMPSD - Alternate Address/Second Address Form after your registration form.

On or before August 25th, you will be notified by email to confirm your eligibility for Yellow Bus Transportation. If eligible, you will be provided instructions to access your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account to pay for your transportation fee by Thursday, August 27th by noon.  Upon receipt of your payment, your child will be assigned to an active Master stop on a bus route. The details of your bus route, including pick-up and drop-off times, will be posted on your BusPlanner (BP) Parent Portal account no later than noon on August 28th. An email notification will be sent out when this information is available for viewing. (Please review and ensure you contact information is correct.)

Note 1: The Student ID Number (ASN) is available from your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account under School Engage. District ID Number can be found where you see your school fees. 

Note 2: If you have recently moved, please ensure your child(ren)'s school has been notified of the address change. The address you register for the bus must match the address in PowerSchool.
